Rick McDonald

Rick McDonald retired after a 40+ year career in the accounting, manufacturing and printing industries.  He was the principle owner of Data Composition, Inc., a manufacturer of printed bar code labels for miniature and harsh environment applications.  He served as president and board chairman of the Automatic Identification Manufacturers association as well as board member of the Council of Industries of Contra Costa County and Richmond CA Chamber of Commerce. 

After moving from the San Francisco Bay Area to Mendocino, Rick became involved in the community by joining the Rotary Club and currently serves as Secretary of the Board of the Albion-Little River Fire Protection District and as Treasurer of the Mendocino Presbyterian Church.  Rick and his wife, LaDonna, own Rick’s of Mendocino, Inc., a restaurant, lounge and banquet facility in Mendocino. 

Rick’s education includes a BS degree from the University of Kentucky, MS degree from the University of Tennessee and PMD degree from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
