Bridal Consultation:                                

We offer a complimentary bridal consultation with one of our experienced wedding coordinators. This lasts approximately one hour and is an excellent way to orient yourself to our facility and the Mendocino Coast. You will receive information about vendors in the area as well as budget planning information and a list of resources available to you. Two-day Consultation:

Visit our facility for a bridal consultation and enjoy two days and one night at the beautiful Hill House Inn in Mendocino. You will be upgraded to the best available room and we will arrange for you to meet with photographers, florists, bakers, ceremony officiates, and area musicians. You will enjoy dinner for two in our restaurant and taste wines that will compliment your meal. The cost of this extraordinary consultation offer is only $149.00.

The Chapel:

A charming redwood wedding chapel with beautiful stained glass windows and crystal chandeliers. Holds up to 80 people.

The Bay Room:                                           

Located on the ground floor the Bay Room has a piano, dance floor, an acoustically engineered band stand, a big screen TV, DVD video player, six foot pull down screen, black-out window screens, and high speed internet access. The room's capacity is 80 people seated banquet style, 60 people restaurant at restaurant tables, and 100 people seated theatre style.

The Bay Room & Rick's Lounge: 

The Bay Room adjoins Rick's Lounge and can be expanded to include all to the space and facilities of both rooms. With this configuration of rooms wedding parties of up to 130 people can be accommodated with ease.

The Ocean View Dining Room:     

Featuring floor to ceiling windows that give visitors a panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean. This room located on the second floor across the lobby from the chapel. With comfortable seating for up to 80 people this is an ideal setting for the most romantic wedding receptions.

Setup Fee

Includes furniture setup, the use of all of the required tables, chairs, china, linen, flatware, stemware, votive candles, and bud vases with flowers. the cake cutting fee is also included. Restricted to inventory on hand. Events held outside the building will be subject to additional setup fees.

 $2.50 per person (min.100)

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $100 will save your date and $500 is due when the contract is signed (applied toward your balance). The balance of the room rental is due thirty  days prior to the event. The balance of the food costs is due one week prior to the event with the final guarantee. Alcohol, wine and beer fees will be due the day after the event.
